Keep the discovery reason
A name alone rarely tells you why a record matters. Store whether someone commented on a post, appeared in a relevant search, or matched a creator research brief.

Preserve the original link
Keep the social source and the profile URL in separate fields. A teammate should be able to revisit both the person and the conversation.
| Record | Context to preserve |
|---|---|
| Profile | Original public profile URL |
| Social activity | Post or comment and its source |
| Added detail | Public evidence and verification state |
Record time and uncertainty
Social data changes. Include when a record was captured, and distinguish a missing field from a detail that has been checked.
A useful research record should explain what was observed, where it came from, and what still needs checking.
Deliver the evidence
An export should carry its source context. Do not make the person opening a CSV return to another app just to understand why a row exists.
Explore the workflow
Put these principles into a draft in the CrowdYeti editor. Live data collection and delivery are still in development.
