A quick summary. The full text below is what applies.

  • Use data lawfully

You need the right to collect and use what you run through CrowdYeti.

  • Check results before relying on them

Platforms change and AI can make mistakes.

  • Credits aren't money

Monthly credits don't roll over. Purchased credits last 12 months.

  • Cancel anytime

If you cancel, your plan keeps running until the end of the period you've paid for.

Accounts and workspace access

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Our privacy policy explains how account information and research data are handled. Google sign-in provides basic identity information; it does not grant access to Gmail, Drive or Calendar.

Permitted use

CrowdYeti provides tools to collect and organize social data, run research workflows, use available AI processing and export results. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit inputs, process information and use the resulting data.

Follow applicable laws and the relevant platform and provider terms. Do not use the service to bypass access controls, obtain private information without permission, harass people, send unlawful spam, impersonate others, compromise security or infringe others' rights. Public availability of information does not remove your obligations toward the people described in it.

Inputs, results and third-party services

You retain your rights in material you provide. You authorize us and the service providers involved in your chosen tools to process it as needed to perform those requests, store your results and operate the service. These terms do not give you ownership of third-party content or permission to reuse it beyond the rights you already have.

Social platforms and providers can change, limit or remove access. Results may be incomplete, outdated, unavailable or inaccurate. AI-generated classifications and reports can contain mistakes. Review outputs and original sources before relying on them, particularly for decisions affecting other people.

Credits, limits and availability

Runs are subject to available credits, accepted spending caps, provider availability and service limits. Credits measure application usage; they are not money, a deposit or a claim to provider funds. A plan label or trial screen alone does not establish a paid subscription.

Subscription credits refresh monthly without rollover. Separately purchased credits remain valid for 12 months and are used after included subscription credits. Pay as you go is a one-time credit purchase with no subscription and no trial.

Checkout states the price, billing schedule, taxes, trial terms and cancellation details before you confirm.

The service is still developing. Features, limits and availability may change, and we do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular research result. Integrations and MCP access are intended for every paid option, and API access for Scale and Pay as you go, as they are released, but they are not currently active and no release date is promised.

Monthly plan trial

Starter, Growth and Scale monthly plans offer a three-day trial. A card and a verified email address are required. The trial includes 100 promotional credits, which expire at the end of the trial. Trial access does not include CSV or JSON downloads.

Dodo Payments automatically charges your card for the monthly plan you chose when the three-day trial ends, 72 hours after it starts, unless you cancel before then. We send a reminder email one day before that charge. You can cancel the trial in Settings → Billing; cancelling before it ends means there is no subscription charge.

There is one trial per person and per workspace, and a trial is not available after any earlier purchase, including Pay as you go. We keep a one-way keyed hash of your email to enforce this limit and to carry any unpaid credit balance to a later account, including after you delete your account. Pay as you go purchases do not include a trial.

Payments, renewals and cancellation

Dodo Payments processes payments and acts as merchant of record for applicable paid transactions. Subscription prices are charged monthly, with applicable taxes shown at checkout. After the trial, a subscription renews each month until it is cancelled.

You can schedule cancellation in Settings → Billing. During a paid billing period, cancellation stops the next renewal, while the current plan and its remaining monthly credits continue until the end of that paid period. Deleting your account cancels the subscription immediately, as described below.

If a renewal payment fails, subscription credits, new paid work and downloads pause until a later payment succeeds. Your saved data is kept, and Pay as you go credits stay usable.

A plan change takes effect on the date shown during review. Pay as you go has no recurring charge. We grant paid credits only after CrowdYeti receives a valid signed payment confirmation from Dodo.

Our refund and cancellation policy explains the 7-day first-payment window, 3-day renewal window, Pay as you go rules and how duplicate or incorrect charges are handled.

Refunds, reversals and credit adjustments

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Credits connected to a refunded charge are removed in proportion to the amount refunded, and a full refund of a subscription charge cancels the subscription immediately. If refunded credits were already used, or a run's final cost needs a correction, we record the shortfall as credit debt. New paid work is paused until it is repaid, new credit purchases repay it first, and deleting your account does not clear it.

Pay as you go purchases are final and have no discretionary refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise or where we verify a duplicate or incorrect charge. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Suspension and closing an account

We may restrict activity or suspend access when necessary to address abuse, security problems, legal requirements or violations of these terms.

You can delete your account in Settings → Data & privacy once active runs and pending charges or billing changes have finished. If your workspace has other members, or you belong to more than one workspace, contact us to delete it. Deletion cancels your subscription immediately and deletes your data, Scout results, workflows, Assistant chats and login. Unused credits are lost, and the deletion screen warns you before you confirm. Deletion does not issue a refund; any refund request is assessed under our refund policy.

We retain billing and payment records for accounting with your name, email and workspace content removed. We also keep the one-way keyed email hash and the payment provider's customer reference, used to enforce one trial per person and to restore any unpaid credit balance if you return. Collected Scout and workflow results are deleted automatically 12 months after the run finishes. The privacy policy explains Assistant chat expiry and other retention details.

Responsibility and changes

You are responsible for reviewing your inputs, choosing appropriate tools and using results lawfully. The service and third-party results are provided as available, without a promise that they will meet every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

We may update these terms as CrowdYeti changes. The last updated date shows the current version. We will provide notice of material changes where required.
