YouTube Creator Discovery is designed to turn relevant YouTube activity into a structured dataset. Start from the source you choose, review the available records, and retain the context that explains each result. Read the tutorial for configuration steps.

Note: This tool is in development. The current editor supports draft configuration; live provider execution, enrichment and delivery are still being connected.

Build a creator shortlist around a topic, then inspect the channels that fit.

Begin with a topic or supported youtube search and inspect the public activity available at that source. The intended dataset includes channel, channel url, description, subscriber count, recent video, topic match. Keep those details with the original source so you can review where each record came from.

How to configure YouTube Creator Discovery

  1. Choose the public source that fits your topic or audience.
  2. Open this tool in the workflow editor and review its inputs.
  3. Set a record limit and decide which fields you need.
  4. Save your draft and check provider availability before execution.

The current editor supports configuration. Collection, enrichment, and delivery will become available as providers are connected. A saved draft does not mean that a dataset has already been collected.

Use the source context in your research

Build a creator shortlist around a topic, then inspect the channels that fit. Review the resulting profiles against a clear brief before investing in deeper research. Public activity can explain why a person belongs in a shortlist, but engagement alone does not establish their needs or purchase intent.

Preserve missing fields and keep observed details separate from your interpretation. When a source changes, revisit the original record before making a decision.
